As with most music from HQ, “Ferrari” is a track with a unique theme and catchy chorus. This extends throughout the artists music, as well.

“The song is about a women, who is foreign, exotic not just in the way she looks, but her personality shes Unique in the way she loves me” HQ writes. ” I give all the women I date nick names, this one happens to be called Ferrari”

“I was raised on music,” writes the rapper. “Music set the tone of my house growing up. I could always tell what kind of mood my parents were in based off the music they played. I used to watch the Video Music Box with my dad as a kid. I loved music videos. I used to sneak and rap all the songs in the mirror with a brush. I mean I knew every word to every song then. It became part of who I am.”

The brush was replaced by a mic before too long, but not before HQ cut his teeth in real competition. He writes of this, “I used to rap battle, then in high school I started a group called Lotto Family. That’s when I knew that I was born to travel the world performing my music.” H.Q. has been featured on some of hip hops most notable blogs, such as This is 50, Jack Thriller, VladTv, The Hype Magazine, PaperchasingDotcom, and many others.
